Missoula Children’s Theatre returns!

The Missoula Children’s Theatre will return to Park County this year to put on two productions featuring local youth in Cody and Powell. (The Park County Arts Council brings the MCT to Meeteetse every other year.)

Performance dates are below. Stay tuned for information about auditions and rehearsals, which take place during the week before the performance.

Holiday Home Tour

This year’s annual Holiday Home Tour in Cody will take place Sunday, December 5 from 1 to 4 p.m., with a reception at the Simpson Gallagher Gallery following from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. Features include

home tours
artist studio tour and sale
door prizes
silent auction of stockings designed by local artists
refreshments

Tickets and directions are for sale at Cody Newsstand, Reindeer Ranch, The Thistle, Cody Country Chamber of Commerce, Powell Chamber of Commerce, and the Meeteetse Chocolatier.

Montana Shakespeare in the Schools

Montana’s Shakespeare in the Schools program brings a performance of Twelfth Night to Park County this October!

Wednesday, October 13 at 8:30 a.m. at Cody High School
Thursday, October 14 at 8:30 a.m. at Powell High School
Monday, October 18 at 8:30 a.m. at Meeteetse School

Performances are open to the public and last about an hour. The actors will also conduct workshops for the students in each school that day. Contact the schools for details!
